Code-based electronic signature: 6-digit code by email or WhatsApp, ID number checked and statement accepted. Covers most private contracts.
ICP-Brasil digital signature: Company A1 seal on every completed document and, optionally, a signature with the signer’s own A1, done in their browser.
Fields placed on the PDF: Signature, initials, name, ID, date, text and checkbox dragged to the exact spot on the page. Initials on every page in one click.
Witnesses: Their own role and witness statement. With two, the protocol records the enforceable instrument (CPC, art. 784, III).
Order and deadlines: Sequential signing, link expiry and automatic reminders at the pace you choose.
