Kori Docs

How it works

For the sender, three clicks. For the signer, a link on their phone. At the end, a sealed PDF with all the evidence.

For the sender

  1. 01

    Prepare the document

Upload a PDF, pick a library file or generate one from a template with filled fields. Optionally place signature, initials and date on the pages.

  2. 02

    Say who signs

Name, email or WhatsApp and, optionally, ID number. Mark witnesses, set the order, request a selfie or enter the CNPJ of whoever signs for a company.

  3. 03

    Send and track

Each person gets the link right away. On the dashboard you see who opened, who signed and who is still pending, with automatic reminders.

  4. 04

    Get the sealed PDF

With every signature in, Kori Docs applies the company’s ICP-Brasil seal, attaches the protocol and notifies everyone. The file goes to the library and, if you wish, to your Google Drive.

For the signer

  1. 01

    Opens the link

Received by email or WhatsApp. Nothing to install, no account to create.

  2. 02

    Reads the document

Page by page, on their own phone. If there are fields, they fill them in and draw their signature with a finger.

  3. 03

    Confirms who they are

Enters full name and ID number and accepts the signing statement.

  4. 04

    Types the code

A 6-digit code arrives by email or WhatsApp. Valid for 10 minutes. Done: the signature is recorded with date, time, IP and device.

What gets recorded

  • Name and ID number entered by the signer
  • Channel and destination of the one-time code
  • Date, time, IP and device of every action
  • SHA-256 hash of the document shown
  • Statement accepted (signature, witness or approval)
  • Selfie, location and signing authority check, when requested
  • Company ICP-Brasil digital seal over the complete PDF

All of it goes into the protocol attached to the end of the PDF and can be checked at koridocs.com/verify.

Other ways to sign

Signer’s A1 certificate
The person picks the .pfx in their own browser and signs with their certificate. The key never leaves the device.
In person, at the front desk
Someone from the company opens a one-time mode on a tablet. The person draws the signature and confirms, without a code.
Public link or QR code
People fill in their own details and sign right away. For consent forms, enrollments and sign-ups.
Embedded in your system
The signing page opens inside your software, via API and iframe.
